Very rough idle update(coming Tuesday.)

    685 rpm with it in gear and foot on the brake??

    It’s closer to 600 in D or R with foot on brake. 685-700 is warmed up idle with no compressor drag.

    Gotcha. Does yours idle kinda rough still with the a/c on?

    Again, after hitting over 3500 miles everything smoothed out and the rough idle is gone.

    I put my stock wheels back on today and can confirm the rear diff noise is back. That checks out given the difference in my heavy winter steel wheels/tires vs stock alloys. Rear diff whine is a harmonic resonance, so the stock combo makes it sing loud for me.

    Thanks for all your input. I actually noticed the last couple days creeping to almost 4k miles I noticed it was idling smoother. Less vibrations. I did the tsb myself on my truck for the gear whine . Installed the dampers on the cab mounts and foam cushions in the c pillars. Cuts the whining sound in half in my opinion makes it livable
