Is This Wiring Harness Pre-Wiring for Fog Light 2 Gen Tacoma (Solved)

Hello guys,

My 2007 Tacoma V6 PreRunner did not come with fog lights. I’m trying to install an aftermarket fog lights. Inside the front bumper, there is one wiring harness #85813 (correct me if I’m wrong) on each driver and passenger side a few inches away from the fog lights.

I assumed this is pre-wiring for fog lights; however, after plugged it into each fog lights, turned on engine and head lights, fog lights didn’t turn on.

The question what is that wiring harness for? If I need to run an aftermarket harness wiring for fog lights, could someone show me the write up for that thread. Thank you guys

Now look inside the engine bay fuse/relay box, verify that the terminals that hold the fog relay are there.
Then look for the switch connector behind the switch blanks at driver's side dash.
