I’m Got some insurance money so I'm fixing up my taco but I don’t know what to work on next. I'm not sure if I should invest on suspension or tires next and should I get a snorkel?

After suspension and tires look at skid plates and sliders

Sliders, front locker(depending on the type of off-roading), suspension and wheels and tires. Don’t get bamboozled by the shiny components, do your research for which suspension works best with your platform. And when it comes to wheels only spend money on wheels that will provide performance(beadgrip, beadlock, icon stud ones) over just looks. Cheers!

Need to figure out what kind of "little offroading" youre doing as well as what weight youre camping with. Camping can sometimes add a drastic amount of weight to a vehicle which dynamically on trails can wear out suspension components quickly if not accounted for. Changing leaf springs and shocks for bed weight and instead of doing a bilstein 5100 and preloading OEM coils, maybe an OME medium duty spring coilover for the front to account for the weight of the bumper and winch.

Tacomas underbellies are fairly safe, skid plates help but if youre not being abusive to the truck you can get away without skids. Although I do recommend rock sliders for these trucks, the rockers are very exposed and on trails can be impacted frequently which will cause door / seal damage, so if light trailing is in mind I would put sliders higher on the priority list.

Give us a shout if you need some assistance dialing in what suspension components, armor, winch (for that sweet new bumper you got) or any other parts/accessories!

arb bumper, warn 8000 winch, arb air pump, arb front locker, and old man emu lift
The two best mods you can do for offroad capabilities are lockers and a winch. With that said. I would do balljoints/bushings and other maintenance items first.
