    Ugh, yes. I had a guy all lined up to make one for me. The truck blew up the night before I was supposed to drop it off.

    I’m gonna just get a Holley dash and be done. The dude was gonna make me a center console and make my gauge cluster a flat panel
    To mount to.

    Code is finished. Ordering parts, and will be able to test as soon as they’re here. Should be able to engage the clutch with ign on only.

    Had to get some circuitry to make the 12v RPM signal.

    Maximum just reached out to me and let me know my transfercase just arrived, and that my new transmission would be shipped to me in about 4 weeks!

    Yeah I’m pumped about that. They told me originally it would be 8 weeks.

    I can just give you the code and parts list for the controller I’m building. Everything that needs to function to make things actually operate properly including WOT disengagement and everything.

    Still just patiently waiting for my transmission to get here. Torque converter is on its way.

    Worked on the aftermarket AC controller some more.

    How do we look now @Dm93 ?

    If I get the stamp of approval, I’ll post the parts list as well as the code and wiring diagram so if anyone needs to do this in the future, they can use it.

    The real test is gona be seeing if the AC Amplifier is happy with it.

    I think the only thing from stopping me from testing this is the pressure switch, since lines aren't made and there's no refrigerant. Can I just jump the pins at the connector and short them to fool it and see if the clutch engages?

    You can with the engine off but I wouldn't run it with not refrigerant.

    Yeah absolutely. I don’t have my transmission back yet, don’t really wanna run the motor without it.

    Well the pressure switch wires are shorted, I click the AC button, and I hear some relays clicking like it’s commanding it on, but I don’t hear the magnetic clutch doing anything.
    One thing that’s interesting, the gauge cluster is saying I’m at like 900RPM now, because of my waveform generator, but my coolant temp gauge still reads cold, even though the waveform is saying it’s up to temp. Wonder if that’s causing an issue? The ac button light is staying illuminated, and not turning itself back off or flashing at all.

    my battery voltage is low, around 9.5-10v, maybe I try putting it on a tender and trying again. Any ideas @Dm93 ?

    Are you using the factory MG CLT Relay?
    Do you have power at your A/C clutch with it on?

    No, I’m using the ground side switched relay, with the trigger coming directly from pin 21 off the ac amplifier.

    I’ll check for power. I wanna charge the battery first.

    Working!!!!!!

    In the Holley, the AC shutdown coolant temp threshold was 25* instead of 225*, so it was immediately killing the AC. Fixed in software!

    I think that means all of the wiring is officially done on this truck.

    I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, @Dm93 is the hero of this project.

    For anyone wanting to do this, you’re going to need an Arduino Mega, and attached here is the parts list and wiring diagram. I’ll edit this post with the code here once I’m home:

    unsigned long previousMillisPin5 = 0; // Variable to store the last time pin 5 (PORTD5) was updated
    unsigned long previousMillisPin6 = 0; // Variable to store the last time pin 6 (PORTD6) was updated
    unsigned long previousMillisPin10 = 0; // Variable to store the last time pin 6 (PORTD6) was updated
    const long intervalPin10 = 55; // Interval at which to blink pin 5 (milliseconds) //9hz //voltage divider //2.5V
    const long intervalPin5 = 12; // Interval at which to blink pin 5 (milliseconds) //41hz //opamp //12V
    const long onTimePin6 = 180; // On time for pin 6 (milliseconds)//2hz //simple //5V
    const long offTimePin6 = 238; // Off time for pin 6 (milliseconds)
    int dutyCycle = 0; // Initial duty cycle
    bool pin6State = LOW; // Initial state of pin 6
