IMG_0341.jpg Hello, my truck will be having a DK long travel kit put on here shortly with that I will also be getting ADV fiberglass fenders and bedsides for the extra width.

I currently run Billie Bars in the bed with a Front Runner RTT and would love to find a way to still be able to run the tent in the bed of the truck. However with the installation of the fiberglass bedsides I’m unsure if the fiberglass will be able to support the load on them from the bars/tent.

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! I’m sure someone out there has a RTT on their long travel rig. TIA

Get a rack that eliminates pressure points by fully supporting the load along the entire length of your bed.

    Can I get a link?

I want to look more into this. Still wondering if having the load on the rails is a bad idea or not. Have you had people with fiberglass bedsides run these?

Wondering if something bolting directly to the tacomas bed bolt holes that go straight to the frame would be better overall? The frame will be plated during the install of all LT parts.

I don't know for sure if any of our customers have had fiberglass bed sides.

    But here's a couple links:
