Another wiring question

I was planning on running some ditch light through a relay triggered by the high beams but also switched so I can run the high beams without the ditch lights. Simple enough...
Now I'm wondering if I can use a two position (3 with off) so I can use them as stated (switch position 1) but also, switch position 2 would light the ditch lights without the high beams?
Seams simple but do I need to worry about feedback to the high beam trigger wire?
I'm going to mock it up this weekend but thought I would get some advice first.

This is not even debatable IMHO

 

That’s what I have planned, I was just worried about feedback to the high beam wire, attaching two trigger wires to the same relay tab. I did find a relay specific to this use but it is 65.00 and I’m too tight for that. I’ll probably throw a couple diodes in and give it a shot. I already have the switch.
