    For Easter this year I made a trip to visit family back to a farm that's been in our family since before the Civil War. My uncle and I went for a walk and he showed me this. This is what's left of the first car any of my ancestors owned. When it broke down they drug it to the family dump and it's been there ever since.

    Next time I'm there I may dig down and see if the front bumper is still there. Would be cool to hang on the wall in my shop.

    The back end is buried a little deeper. The remnants of a large sugar cane press shed were blown over by a tornado when I was a kid and pushed over into the dump by a bulldozer.
