    Hey,

this might be a dumb question and I tried searching for this but, will the installation of rock sliders prevent tires from spraying rocks/debris into the side of the truck?

My wheels and tires stick outside the fenders a few inches.

I was gonna get sliders for the obvious reasons of off-road protection, but thought hey, maybe this will help with the sides of the truck as well

I have the RCI plated and they don’t prevent spraying. I am at -25 wheels. That said, I have only a few chips from rocks and I am in the dirt a good amount.

Like previously stated, plated sliders may potentially help (a little) but having mud flaps will be even more effective.
Of course, wheel width and offset are things to consider. Anything that pokes out beyond your mudflap will kick up dirt/ debris to your sides.

And maybe fenders that cover the tires, which is a legal requirement in most places too.
