Rear sliding window options?

I’m looking for a rear window option that allows me to climb from the cab into my camper shell. The standard sliding window in a 3rd gen Tacoma is too small. Any tips? (I don’t want an electric up-down disappearing window).

 

I’m not aware of any options for this unfortunately. I’d also be interested in this if someone comes across something.

 

not much you can do, other some full custom roll down like the Tundra. That type of project would probably make a trade in look cheap though.
