Upgrading First Gen Seats

    I'm looking to upgrade my manual sliding seats to a pair of power seats with heating capabilities. What do I need to do to wire these so the power movement, heated seats and airbag works properly? I plan on purchasing the LL Bean seats out of an Subaru Outback.

    For reference, I have an 02 Xtracab with the 60:40 seating. Currently the only power that the seats have are the detector for the seat belt.
