I have a an ARB BP-51 and SPC light racing UCA on my 2018 Tacoma Sport (157,000).
The bottom ball joint on the shocks is gone, and can’t be replaced (inset) and the UCA joints are going out.
I would like to swap out front end with something that has same ride height and is affordable and reliable. I forgot all I knew about suspension when I was shopping back in 2018.
Running ARB BP-51 on back with Medium Dakar leafs and ride rite bags for hauling.
Should I stick with SPC UCA? What’s the no frills affordable coil over that is adjustable and can give me the same ride height?
    Thanks!!

Rebuild your existing BP-51 front coilovers and SPC UCAs.

A "no frills" coilover that everybody runs is the Bilstein 5100. Set of those would probably cost as much as rebuilding your existing BP-51 and then perform worse.

    100% agree.

The spherical bearing at the bottom of your front shocks should definitely be replaceable. You should double check compatibility but this appears to be what you need: https://sleeoffroad.com/products/vd11010018sp/

    Interesting,

When I had them broken down the bushing at the bottom was completely inset and not serviceable. Wonder I I have an older set of BP-51. I’ll give ARB a call
