Getting this rooftop light bar in amber and wondered if i change out the 2 amber lens in the middle to clear will they then be white light or are the leds amber colored?

 

you're correct that the led's are white, so a clear lens will make for white output.

just be sure to use the new included o-ring gaskets during the swap. re-using the old gaskets is a known failure point that can have water egress into the light later on.
