Pretty easy install and worth the 30 minutes it took to do. My old parts weren't badly worn (definitely didn't look original to the truck), but it still made quite a difference and hopefully the HD parts last a while compared to OEM.

What you said earlier in your thread about avoiding a payment during high school, college, etc. will honestly put you way ahead of your peers in the long run. No matter what happens in your life: unexpected bills, job opportunities going away, whatever....when you have the title to that truck in your hand and you have gas money, you can get to any job.

Very clean looking truck. I like that grey.

Pretty much my entire reason for getting it!! I know it'll get me down the road as long as I could ever need as long as I've got gas money.
Thank you!! I love yours as well.

It only took 2 years and ~6000 miles but I got my first check engine light yesterday. I cleared it and reseated the gas cap and it hasn't come back :fingerscrossed:. Probably just lost seal having not put gas in it in 3 months.

I got the same code a while back. Just cleared it and it was gone. Evap codes are always iffy.

Changed the today oil after 2 years - nice and smooth now! Only put 4000 miles on it but figured by 2 years it needed to get done anyways (might've already put it off for a while). Just rolled 190,000 and she just keeps chuggin' along!
