It's getting a little repetitive. Find a new shtick.

Just a few accessories, mud flaps, bed cover , racks, seat covers, ….
"gear hunting" never been an issue for me, because I had a Prius for 7 years , drove it on battery power train most of the time to save gas money. I also drive my wife's Subaru for daily driving, this way gear hunting is less bothering.

When I was looking to buy my truck I test drove two auto's. The first was a 2019. I didn't like it- the trani seemed weak, like it wasn't using the engine's power effectively. As people say it always seemed to want to upshift when I just wanted to stay in the current gear a little longer. It was always reminding me that it was there, but in a bad way. I can see why it drives people batty.

Then, I test drove a 2022 auto. The 22 seemed to drive the way I believe an auto should drive. I didn't notice it was there, which I think is one of the points of an auto transmission. I really like the 22. It was a CBSB in lunar rock with the technology package and blackout package. However, it had 20k on the odometer and was just a couple thousand less than a new truck (this was Feb 23) so I went new.

I love my new truck. I love driving it. I love looking at it. And I love sitting in it. Though, when I load the bed up for camping (I have a short bed), missing that extra foot makes more of a difference than I would have thought, but I'm getting crafty at packing everything in.
