If you have the correct amount of refrigerant in the system we really need a scan tool plugged in to read data from the A/C Amplifier and see why it's kicking the compressor off otherwise we're just guessing at this point.

Right on! Any recommendations for scan tools? When compressor was run for a min checked basic things and found high side from compressor to condenser hot but condenser to expansion valve was ambient temp thinking of using laser thermometer to see if I have a cold spot in my condenser fins it's like nothing was getting through the condenser also has a pressure sensor right on line I'm talking about. Low side was cold and sweating a small amount. I'm trying to think of what could have any thing to do with rpm and only things I can come up with is something with compressor turning speed belt loose/damaged, pulley sticking or bent or air not being pulled across condenser but that would make air too hot not no heat at liquid line.

Also idk if this is important but did notice my passenger air bag light is doing all kinds of weird things sometimes it isn't illuminated some times says off then says on and sometimes stays as on. All while doing these tests. Do a/c amplifier and passenger air bag share same ground by chance? Or any common wiring points subjunction blocks or whatever. Also this is related to opening the passenger door but not sure why all different things happen

You would need one that does all systems, a generic OBD tool won't do you any good here.

Autel, Launch, and Topdon have some good offerings in the $300-500 range, Topdon also has one that connects to a smartphone for about $75 but it's subscription based although the prices are pretty reasonable.

That sounds like a plugged up condenser, there should be no cold spots on the condenser.

Could you refer me to the scan tool you have? If you have one and it's not a snapon top of the line lol I've given them enough money

    Are there active tests for
Are there active tests for ac amplifier or will there be obvious live data parameters that will point me in right direction?

That's typically the case, like I said the condenser should be warm to hot accross the whole surface and lines. Any cold spot would indicate a restriction.

I'd want to look at live data such as refrigerant pressure, A/C command, evaporator temp, etc.
