    A trend I noticed on this forum regarding the upcoming Gen 4 Taco and Gen 6 4Runner:

    1. People who own late model Tacos and 4Runners: meh
    2. People who currently own old Tacos and old 4Runners: wooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

    Just watched a new tfl video that dropped 2 hours ago and they said the Landcruiser gets 25mpg hwy and 23 combined......thats ridiculous. If the 4runner gets that it will be amazing

    I am pretty sure TFL did a MPG test recently and they got 26mpg out of their current Taco.

    I like that new Tacoma Cross- nailed it!

    We knew 4Runner would be pretty good b/c the Tacoma was already certified good. One huge bonus is that there’s no need to watch the usual YouTube performers go over all the same stuff. Yes!

    But I wonder…

    As they are now virtual clones, will we be merging Gen4 & Gen6 forums, or would the 4Runner owners still prefer to debate their luggage space & 3rd row seating separately?

    That’s a good looking color too! I saw a video that said it was called mud bath… not sure if that was satire or truth though. Haven’t looked around here to see if that’s right either.

    23 MPG combined for a hybrid SUV in 2025 is marginal in my book. Its also notable that the Tundra hybrid badly underperforms its EPA numbers. Not sure how much buyers in this category care though.
