2024 Power Steering Problems

UT OH.. Wider problem with Steering Assembly! Learning I am not the only one with this issue! Toyota Care is useless..guy calls me back and basically says there job is just to keep me notified of POSSIBLE arrival dates for parts.. says that Toyota care is a separate supply chain from the factory line and he can not communicate with them…Apparently there are others out there with same problem on brand new truck

 

Is it just noise? Steering still functions as normal? Keep driving until the replacement rack is available

 

This is one of those “told ya so” moments in regards to first year vehicles.

 

Dealer has it..safety issue I’m told..would make me liable
