How much front lift is this pre-load spacer giving me? And how to I remove it if I no longer want it?

By looking, id guess 1/2in or 1in. Quick measure with a machinist ruler would tell you exact size of the spacer.

Whatever the thickness is, it's giving you double the amount of lift. It appears to be a 1/2" spacer, giving you 1" of lift. If you want to remove it, you will need to remove the coilovers, use a spring compressor to disassemble them, and then put it all back together.
