It has been a little while since I've been on here, but I found my way back, and I wanted to share my feedback on the Stromung "tucker" exhaust that I recently installed on my Tacoma. So far, I'm enjoying it. It's not obnoxiously loud. Has a nice deep tone that's not overbearing, and I like the fact that I get extra clearance. I plan on putting my 33" spare under the truck, and I won't have to worry about the tire getting too close to the heat shield. It's made of stainless steel, so hopefully it lasts a while.

The flange bolts were rusted to hell. They were so bad that it looked like they were welded on, so I purchased new ones since I knew I was going to destroy the originals while getting them off. I also purchased an OEM gasket that is designed for aftermarket exhausts. Apparently, Toyota sells two gaskets - one for the OEM exhaust and one for aftermarket. All the videos I watched said you can use the original hangers, but that didn't work for me. The tailpipe rubbed on the frame, so I purchased longer hangers.

These mods could become habit forming. As soon as I figure out adding an avatar and pics in general I'll post em.

mounted my new wheel and tire, but couldn’t get it to balance. Buddy say i have to grind down the inner barrel paint. So sticky weight stick. He even tried using black sticky weight too.

Replaced my driver-side H9 ... passenger-side burned out 3 weeks ago. Apparently NAPA H9 bulbs last about 10 months ... not bad for $32/set.

Been lurking here since I purchased my 23 TRDOR in October of last year.
Wish I had taken before and after of everything I've done, but needless to say it's been a lot of nickel and dime mods.

    -Installed the AC drip reroute.
-CAT shields from cali raised LED (I'm from Albuquerque, NM. This is essential living in this town).
-Black out of interior and exterior
-Tuffskins screen protectors on everything (a MUST HAVE; super easy to install)
    -Meso customs start button
-Tinkerer shift knob (I have a feeling this is gonna get hotter than the devil's asshole in the summer, as it's all metal, so I bought a second shift knob off ebay. Pics if I isntall it)
-BF Goodrich AT KO2 "E" tires
-A whole bunch of other crap. Seat covers, organization panels for glove and center console, stuff for the pup.

Looking to install a soft top but I'm not sure yet. Any recs? How easy are they to take on and off for one person? I'd only want it on for camping trips really...

Anyways...here's some pics of the interior black out, tinkerer shift knob, and meso red start button.

By the way: This forum is going to bankrupt me.
