Weather in San Diego sucks! I don't recall ever such weird weather in San Diego. Weather reports are generally a bit off. Raining right now at 10:09pm this Sunday evening. Drove home from LA today in the rain. Spouse and I got in an evening walk during the lull. What it is is what it is. Messing up our RV plans!

I love SD...always nice weather when I visit.

Just did a LV, Death Valley, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, Yosemite, San Jose road trip... great weather, had a blast. I love being young, with money, at 61!

We recently RV'd with a group to Paso Robles, Kings River (Great RV Park on the river), Yosemite, and then down the coast with a couple of more stops on the way south. Weather has really put a damper on our RV plans recently. We just cancelled Easter trip to Borrego Springs. Looking forward to the weather returning to Spring and Summer in San Diego. Next trip to San Diego try and catch a baseball game at Petco Park downtown. Great venue...just don't run over the abundant homeless that have made San Diego their vacation home!

Lived there for years. Yeah it's got maybe 12 days in the year that suck, I remember a storm so bad it was hailing half inch stones. Flooded really bad that year, SD is not designed for large amounts of water. The other storms were mostly winds, blew our canopies all over the place and had to put in 8" cube blocks filled with concrete, still ripped the crap out of the covers.

The rest of the year though, awesome, surf at least 3 days of the week and wearing shorts all the time. The only thing I really miss though is the surfing. :-\

Yeah weather this year has been very sporadic, and weather predictions are accurate about 25% of the time so far lol.

I feel your pain OP. Especially since the weather has been great on weekdays, and the weekends keep getting rained out. Really gets in the way of my motorcycling, dirtbiking, and camping trips. Went camping a couple weekends ago and it hailed, snowed, and rained on us all in the first night we arrived after a week of clear weather projections.

Ultimately though, we are still beating most of the country as far as weather goes.
