Different tire manufacturers but same tread pattern ok?

    Can I buy 2 tires that have same tread pattern but different manufacture of other 2 obviously the same size tires. Tia

    Yup, it’s not ideal, but if it’s the difference between safe and bald tires then it’s worth doing.

    Just make sure the most tread goes in the rear. But four when you can one day.

    I drive a Miata.
    I didn't know of any tires that have the exact pattern from different brands. I also don't know of any tires that are the exact size across brands.

    That said, 2 and 2 are doable on a part time 4x4, kinda sorta. It is definitely not recommended, but it's doable. Just realize that you are limiting the ability to rotate, since like tires must stay on the same axle, and the more worn tires should stay on the steering axle.

    YotaWerx Stage 1, Bumper light bar, Hood wrap, Roadmaster Active Suspension, Durobumps.
    You must be getting two Sailuns... I like Sailun tires but ya just joining the choir. It's not ideal because despite looking the same, one of those tires is a cheaper copycat so 2 of them will wear faster than the other two. It'll work though and it's better than bologna skins for tires.
