    I'm with AKhawkeye, my drive way is tite when 4 cars are parked in it, so I shovel snow into the bed.
    At 5am, I start work at 6am, I'm not going to work that hard to shovel

    I'd say you answered your own question. Sounds like you can handle winter driving just fine without an over priced gimmicky, glorified water bed mattress in the back of your truck.
    Save your money.

    I bought the Shurtrax Winter Traction Control System for my Taco this winter and absolutely loved it. I drove all around Maine this winter in my 2WD 4 Banger with no issues. ✔️

    While still residing in Wyo, I usually got a few bags of water softener salt to load the right rear at the tailgate.. Cheap to buy (in years past) and easy to come by. I've also cut one open a time or two to use the coarse salt as a traction aid.
