    It’s not like there is a magic number but more like that’s my own personal guideline of what’s reasonable. You’d be best off measuring the load on the circuit at the fuse with and without the dome and then doing some math. Always best to use a relay for everything.

    Can anyone link me a good light for the brake light harness for a softopper. Most I see online have 3 wires, the harness has 2 wires. I am an electrical noob. I'll also need a 2 wire quick disconnect right?

    There is a 3 wire option. A waterproof quick disconnect is nice to have. The reason it’s not a built in option is that routing the wires would require drilling with a connector whereas bare wire can stuff through some of the existing holes / cracks. I could start offering 2 and 3 wire pigtails though. Or just get off eBay / aliexpress.

    So I’ve been running the brake light tap with a 3 wire light. It was good for a month but then I started getting "Accelerator and Brake Pedals Depressed Simultaneously" error light and it goes into limp mode. This only happens when I turn my headlights on. Has this happened to anyone and is there a fix?

    I did my first superpacific install today. Learned a bit. It’d be awesome if I could ship a kit which makes it all easier. I think I probably could do a premium one with a quick disconnect but quite honestly any 3 way will do. Perhaps what would be cleanest would be some sort of recessed 3D printed bracket which bolts into the superpacific pillar and accommodates a Deutsch flange. I wonder if @switch might be game if I can get a blank sent to him for dimensions.
