    Hello Fellow Taco owners,

I have a 2010 double cab, Pre-Runner short bed Taco. I got a nice tonneau cover for it but want to weather strip it as best as I can. Apparently, this model year did not include a bulkhead Rail sub assembly for the front part of the bed, so the bed isn't level across the top. I am wondering if a later model year (when they did include it) will fit. Specifically, I'm looking at Toyota part 65409-04010 to see if I can fit it on my taco which should help with weather proofing the tonneau cover a bit. If anyone has this piece on their newer Taco and can measure to let me know how long it is I will forever grateful, or if anyone has a better solution, I'd love to hear it.

    Thank you...Tacoma lovers,
    Russ

I took 2 pictures, with and without the plastic caps.
Should fit, I'm installing the front track, and it looks like it's the same part fir both 2nd and 3rd Gen Tacoma.
