My throttle /gas peddle If "lightly touched/stepped on" will give the engine small surges of fuel resulting in jerking feeling from the engine! Once one steps on the accelerator fully normal operation smooths out and the surging is gone. The throttle censer up front on the engine is a brush pick-up like a potentiometer! This effect has been with the truck since new, (two years) but seems to be getting worse! Any one out there with similar problems and how did you cure the issue?
    Thanks much...

There's pedal lag programmed into the ECM which makes modulation difficult. You can get a tune like OTT which delete the lag. The tune is typically available with different pedal sensitivity versions.

    Possibilities:
    1. Bad gasoline
    2. Bad fuel filter
    3. Failing fuel pump
    4. Dirty MAF sensor
    5. Sticky throttle body
    6. Bad fuel injector(s)
