Looking for hose part numbers/info

Noticed these 2 hoses, one from top of radiator another going into trans cooler. They have some kind of black mesh along with electrical tape around them. Assuming that isn’t standard procedure.
I’m having trouble finding a part number or replacement.. does anyone have any information?

 

Are the hoses leaking?
If not, leave them be, and retape them.

Other wise see the link in my signature below.
Type in your frame # or vin and get the part number.

 

One of them has some residue towards the bottom of the mesh/tape
