Posting Thread Issue

Having an issue trying to post an add in the 2nd gen vehicle sales. I'm getting an error saying "list a valid title" I have posted before on the parts section a couple times and used titles mirroring what others have used in that section. I have submitted 2 help requests a couple days ago with no response. Any advice as to what I may be doing wrong?

Yes, I've included the year model mileage and asking price. After checking everything multiple times I was still getting the error. I basically copied what others had put in for their titles. I have sold things in the parts areas before with no issues and I don't believe I'm getting something wrong. How can I identify a moderator? I'll check to see if my contact information is accurate. Contact information is correct.
