    First time Tacoma owner and newly obsessed enthusiast here. I’ve had my 2004 PreRunner SR5 TRD Xtra cab for a couple of months and I’m stoked on it! I have been lurking on TW checking it all out and decided to join in. This forum is a great resource! This community is full of knowledgeable,creative, and helpful members. Happy to be here!

    20DB3604-42B5-400B-AF01-72E210BA9C7D.jpg So I’ve had my Taco for 5 months now and have been giving her a good going over, replacing some lost/broken/warn out parts(removing some) and cleaning her up a little at a time. Trying to check everything out the best I can and getting a lot of great DIY info from TW, it’s a good time, for sure! Gonna start a build thread at some point to chronicle my progress. Thanks TW!

    Yes, pretty good for a 20 year old truck, not perfect but well maintained by first owner and barely driven by second. Has 119k miles, frame in good shape, runs and drives great.

    I am on Kauai island in Hawaii. Original owner had it for 12 years in the PNW, local used car dealer was shipping a lot of first gens here during that time and sold to second owner w/99k miles. He was an 80 year old guy that had it for 7+ years and only added 16k driving to the local dump and grocery store, washed and waxed every weekend and kept stock. I got her with just under 115k.
