I have 2009 single cab 2.7L 4cyl Toyota truck with 244,600 miles on her. My check engine light came on and ABS light. I go get it checked out and I have a code for my crankshaft positioning sensor that need to be replaced. I Replace the sensor but the light doesn’t go off. After driving for a while my lifter starts ticking when the engine rpm is at 1500 while driving and gets louder when I left off the gas. I stopped and put a little oil in it and the ticking stopped for a while then it comes back on. When I change my oil I only got a quart coming out and I see heavy oil build up on the passenger side of the engine. After oil change (5.5 quarts), the lifter tick stops and the truck runs and sounds fine after that. But just driving it for maybe like two weeks the ticking starts again. I have no idea where the oil is leaking from. Any suggestions

Clean this oil buildup off with an engine degreaser product. Then make sure you are topped up on the oil level. Drive for a bit and find where the fresh oil is coming from.
    Fix the leak.
    Done.

You should keep an eye on your oil level as it is BAD to keep running low on oil. In other words check it regular and keep it full don't wait for the lifter tick.

Yeah man, oil is as important to your motor as blood is to the human body.

I check my oil.. usually weekly. On a truck that gets driven 200-300 miles a month.
