Would like to charge my portable power station and wondered if there is an easy way to install a 24v outlet for faster charging (compared to the standard 12v).

You would need some sort of voltage converter to step it up to 24v, the truck is a 12v system.

a Boost converter (not a buck converter as pointed out below) is what you are looking for. keep in mind you will need to run power wires capable of carrying the appropriate amount of current at 12v.

For example, if you only size your power wires for 10A, you will get no more than 5A at 24vdc without overheating the circuit or blowing a fuse on the 12V side of the system.

He needs a boost converter, buck converters reduce voltage

I see Buck-Booster used as the term constantly, for the ones that increase voltage.

I know enough to be dangerous and occasionally effective. thanks for the correction.

Buck-Boost are a 3rd type that can both raise voltage and lower voltage relative to the input source.

OP only needs a Boost converter, but a Buck-Boost would work too. They're just usually larger and cost more.

I did this exactly and it works great. Before it charged at 100w and now 200w.

Running the Bluetti EB55. I think it plugs into the MPPT port but I can let you know later if you need it.

Set it up almost 2 years ago so I dont remember

Bluetti doesn't really have any good guidance I've seen for vehicle charging besides the standard 12v cigarette port cord that comes with it. I'm running an AC200max and would like to be able to do some higher amp charging off my truck. I actually have heavy duty cabling to the rear of my truck already, and could easily link into that for more amps than the bluetti wants, lol. I'm just afraid of being a guinea pig.

I see that for the AC200. For the EB55 it was pretty clear you could charge at 8 amps either at 12 or 24 v.

Below is for my powerstation, not yours.
