I see many tacos in Vegas riding slightly or more, nose high.
Is it a 2024 thing or more of a once was level, now sags, or just bad measuring, or no block/aal up, etc?

Haha "bro lean" is a new one to me. I've heard it as "squatted," "tooted," and "Carolina lean." It's definitely a fad and some states/counties are making it illegal beyond a certain point. Makes sense too, seems like it would totally mess with the dynamics and handling, possibly unsafe. I will withhold my opinion on the matter LOL

It's cultural. You can find the style in many cultures.

To each their own, but I see many rolling down the freeways who could use a half inch in the rear to get level.

    1/2"?

    Thats nothing.

And level is just a fashion statement anyway. Proper rake is engineered for a purpose. Like hauling stuff.

When I lived in SoCal it was called a Baja truck (as in the Baja 1000, Baja 500, etc.). My understanding is that by raising the front end it allows the truck to land on all four wheels when it's jumped. The biggest offenders were Tacomas and Rangers. Not sure if this is what you're referencing.

That's what my impression was. Cali lean is way different from squat. Came from prerunners being super popular out here.

It seemed like everyone in SoCal had a prerunner back in the day! It'll be interesting to see what happens now that Toyota is bringing them back.

I always thought bro-lean was unintended squat as a result of a poorly planned lift.

Carolina Squat is an intentional style and is much more noticeable than Bro-lean.
