Im getting no sound from my speakers and my hu is working fine, im pretty sure the amp is blown. So im gonna buy a better one. I have the jbl system in my 19. So any ideas of which one to buy? Lookin to spend max 600-700$ with the simplest install im pretty new to installing stuff like that.

i've got some really, really bad news then.

there is absolutely no easy way with the jbl system. it sends a digital signal between the radio and amp for all settings, requiring extremely special adapters to get the signal into an aftermarket-industry-standard format. and after that, each speaker is individually amplified-- 2 channels for the front dash tweeters, 2 for the front doors, 2 for the rear doors, and a dedicated sub channel. they don't simply make cheap 7-channel customized amplifiers.

you'll end up looking at amps like the audison AF M8.14 BIT, which retails around $1,700 just for the amp. you'd still need to get all the wiring, adapters, and power wiring set up for it.

for a professional installation, it could easily be around $5,000 after all the installation costs, and that would be only to change the amp, and set it up, not including any speaker changes.

@soundman98 knows his stuff. Unfortunately your options are slim. If it’s just the amp that’s blown, you can work around the amp but you’ll lose all navigation prompts or any sounds coming through the speakers. Definitely search through the audio/visual forums on here to look into the AmpPro or maestro unit for JBL. I went the AmpPro route if you’re curious what it entails https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/3rd-gen-jbl-subwoofer-upgrade.572040/
