Horrible Customer Service

I ordered a ARE DCU in December of 2023 and it has yet to be in production and won't be for another month. They've delayed it arbitrarily four times now so I'm going to cancel. My dealer will not pick up the phone to cancel this order. Does anyone have a sneaky phone number of a manager or higher up I can talk to, to go around the dealer? Any help is greatly appreciated, as you all know these toppers are insanely expensive.

 

I am an ARE dealer and all aluminum builds have had a stupid long wait for a while now for some reason. I'm guessing labor shortage. Not much you can do about it, complaining won't help. It's not like the don't want to make it and take your money. I've been seeing 4-5 months lately. I just got a DCU in last week on 4/11 that was ordered back on 11/21. You're so close you might as well wait it out a little longer.

 

I can't wait any longer, I've got a trip planned and will be out of a place to sleep without a canopy in four weeks. They told me March then end of March then April then end of April and now end of May. It's not great but I have to just get one locally now whatever fits. I've also completely lost faith in are at this point. It is what it is.
