I'm looking at the AT4Ws in 255/85r16 once they come in stock at discount tire, they said in another thread that it should be about june-ish.

I've only ran Toyo on mine so can't chime in on others. Have been happy with the At2 and now the R/T trail

I'm honestly thinking about sticking to P Metrics... Haven't had a ton of issues and I don't run crazy heavy weights 285-70-17 is one of the largest sizes that still comes passenger / SL rated.

Dang, Flippacs and Wildernests are getting more rare by the minute. They are so rad. There are a couple companies that started making replacement hinges and other parts for them. Hopefully they are still around. I feel like there is a market where those campers could exist new again.

Baja Boss. I beat the piss out of mine. No issues. I had the Falken AT3w before, I kept tearing sidewalls. Otherwise good tire. These Cooper STT Pro, meh not happy.
Going back Mickey T or Toyo

I actually rolled those dice this time around. The new Duratracs are 3-ply sidewall in P-metric so I figured I'd give it a shot.

My dad has a flippac on his 01 F-350, he got it installed on September 11th, 2001. It's badass! I showed that listing to him and he said that I should have gotten a long bed:bananadead:

I was cruising around today trying to get my son to nap (who woke up at 3:45am) and was around the White Tanks mountains. I saw some side by sides and trailers off the road so pulled over to check it out, and noticed a sign stating no motorized vehicles and on my onX app it said “state trust land - restricted access”. I think that’s what the sign said, I only caught a glimpse, but there was no gate and it looked like a whole slew of trails. We only stuck around for a minute and then left, but what’s the deal with these areas? Are we allowed to be there or not?

Edit: who would’ve thought that I could just answer my own question with google. “Hey siri, what’s Arizona state trust land?”

State Trust land is that weird BLM type land that private owners of the NON state land try to checkerboard lock out other people. However transit from state land to state land is to be unrestricted. But people will still try to put up gates and such. Pisses me off.
BTW a yearly family permit is $20

Like sixthelement said the family permit is only $20 / year. I got it because it gives me more options for exploring in my area.

I havent had any bad luck with unauthorized gates or locks luckily, but I suppose it depends on where you are.

Meant to ask- What splash guards/fender liners are those?? They almost look like a fabric instead of a rubber.

State trust land is held by the state until some development comes along and agrees to pay an outrageous sum for it in a bidding war. The AZ Coyotes are currently trying to buy a chunk of it in North Scottsdale. The roads can't handle the traffic now.

Some shit attempt at a DIY one piece fender liner when I went LT on my tacoma, they’re toolbox drawer liners. I ended up buying ARK liners shortly thereafter, 100x better.

I heard the Mayor shut that down. Stating they are behind in current rent due and other fees from where they are, regardless of the owner saying he'd pay 100% of the stadium. The city cant pay or subsidize the cost of the rest of the infrastructure that is actually needed. Which would meet or exceed the cost of the arena.

Aha! For a second I was like fuck, my man's out here living in 2035 with some kinda kevlar shit!:rofl::rofl:

Gonna order a pair of Ark liners too, I think my stock liners have been the source of the little crunchy clacky flappy noise I've been hearing on the highway since new. :angrygirl:

LOL no, just me being cheap. The ark liners are very worth it, they’re super nice. I still want to get some for the 4R eventually.
