    Update on 137232 again please. My product from another vendor with a 10 day lead time is arriving tomorrow, and your in stock product hasn’t even shipped yet. If it doesn’t go out today can I cancel it please? You’ve had over a week to ship an item that was supposedly in stock. I’ll just reorder it from someone else.

    I don’t know man, it seems like on here and reddit all Tacoma Lifestyle replies are sorries.

    I am having buyers remorse ordering from you guys. I get it, you’re family owned, etc. When I ordered my Prinsu, they were at least upfront about the lead times.

    I’m worried I won’t get my order until spring‍

    Ordering auto parts can be a chit show... at times.....I have had good luck with... exit offroad.

    Listen, I ordered through you guys and I don’t need any special treatment; I’ll get the parts when they get here.

    I am just so surprised that changes at a leadership level haven’t occurred to resolved all these customer issues.

    If there is any lesson to be learned, just try to post long wait times, or figure out how to be more efficient at shipping items.

    Try YOTAMAFIA for fast friendly over the top service..I ordered some extentended brakes lines..goggle said free shipping.it wasn't I email and beecher a bit ...they sent me a whole SWAG PACK of goodies...YM HOODIE...TACO SHOP SHIRT...BEER COZY...STICKERS..LIP BALM EVEN ...n.it still came on time ..and they got all the ...JD FAB kits...

    And the woes continue. Apparently as of March they no longer offer support via its @sales email but rather only text now? A buddy of mine has been waiting a month for his Morimoto 3rd brake light to ship and now I'm almost a week into some Cali Raised ditch lights that I purchased. Anyone else still on the sidelines with their orders? @tacomalifestyle

    Just made an account to post here since this is the only place that Tacoma Lifestyle seems to respond to people. I've tried sending them Instagram messages, tried texting their "support number" they have listed on their contact page, and I even filed a complaint on the BBB website and still haven't heard anything from them. What is it with this company? I just ordered something from them for the first time and after reading all these negative reviews about shipping, I'm a little worried about actually receiving my $400 order now. This is honestly not acceptable, I literally just had a simple question for them too. When you're in the e-commerce business, you're also in the people business, and if you're not responding to your people to help them, you have no business having an online business. Businesses don't scale that way. Anyway, I really don't know what to do as far as getting ahold of these people. I'm at my wits end and I shouldn't be. Unprofessional as can be and after I receive my item (if I receive it), I will not be ordering from this place ever again, based solely on the lack of customer support alone. We shouldn't have to post on a public forum to get a response from the company. Very unprofessional on their part.

    Tacoma-4runner-tundra lifestyle, all of these are sister companies with the same issues. Its 50/50 if you receive your order in time or at all. Its apparently worse now that they removed the customer support email and now only utilize its "texting" format. I placed an order for a simple $4 decal sticker to test the waters and see for myself, and its now a week of no movement. I have a friend who's in the same boat like many of us but he placed a $600 order with 4runnerlifestyle.

    Told him he needs to create an account and post a public thread to catch their attention. Its ridiculous.

    Yeah man this is unprofessional as can be. If they can't handle the online business landscape then they shouldn't be in it. I have left a 1 star Google review for them and I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. Their support number told me it'd be 2-3 weeks before my item ships even though on the website it says "In Stock, Ready To Ship" which is blatant false advertising and highly illegal. I've got screenshots of it all too. I don't take this stuff lightly, we're paying customers, we work hard for our money that we pay to them for these products. I'm not about to let them give me the run-around.

    #141907. I still havent received my Morimoto X3B third brake light
    . This order was placed Feb 7, 2024 with absolutely no information or updates from you guys.

    I hate to air out my dirty laundry like this but seems like the only way to get an answer.

    Bilstein/Fox, RCI skins, XD wheels, AOB switches, and I can't remember what all
    My first and last experience with Yotamafia occurred this month. The springs I ordered were beat up with bare metal scratches everywhere, two broken nylon clips, and every nylon clip damaged. They have stopped responding. This has to be the worst customer service I've had in . . ..checks notes. . ..20 years.
