Suspenison popping noise 3rd gen Tacoma

Any Ideas as to what this popping noise is 2018 tacoma TRD Offroad? 122000 km everything is original suspension wise, except the previous owner installed Bilstein 5100s at some point. Noise has been noticeable for about a year but has gotten worse recently. I can sometimes feel it in the steering wheel. Hear it all the time when making slow maneuvers in parking lots changeing directions, but high speed driving and off roading nothing is heard or felt. I've Checked all ball joints and brake components for looseness and found nothing. Only thing I can figure is a rock stuck in a control arm bushing??? I do off road this truck if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance for any ideas, it's greatly appreciated.

 

Just checked Lca alignment cams they were tight. Checked all strut mount bolts. Cleaned out all control arm bushings and saw nothing.
