Bought a new cabin filter for my Taco.... And this 'Dire Warning' came on the destruction sheet...
Who knew we were all just inches away from DEATH??!!

 

only one way to find out , do what the instructions tell you NOT to do

 

Electrocution? Burns? Severe injury? Never change your cabin filter when death is on the line!

 

Yeah, I was kinda' planning on changing the filter with my bare feet in a kiddie-pool of salt water with 220v running through it.... But I guess as long as the engine isn't running I'll be OK ....

 

dont forget a cigarette and a tin foil hat for good measures

I like to live on edge and always have my engine running when replacing the cabin filter.

The adrenaline rush is insane.

 

Also make sure the cellphone is on airplane mode.

 

Fortunately you aren't in California, where additionally you'd risk cancer and reproductive harm.

And all these warning labels are the result of some jackass who tried it and failed horribly.

Who else on here is old enough to remember the chemistry sets we had as kids. The inside cover of the box had printed on it which chemicals you should never mix and what would happen. Xmas morning 1976 I almost gassed myself. Better times!!
