I’d use online sites to get prices in your local markets. The market (actual buyers) set the market price, not a bunch of folks who aren’t even shopping.
The aftermarket doodads aren’t worth anything, if you want to recoup some of that, strip em sell separately.

Check with Kelly Blue Book (KBB) for trade in and private party sale values and get a quote from Carvana to buy it. That'll give you an idea. Dealer will likely offer 5k less than that or more if traded.

    My thoughts and suggestions:

    * Super clean truck, good job

    * Tasteful mods, but absolutely not worth any kind of premium on a 140k mile truck. I would de-emphasize the mods in a potential listing or at least describe them last. Put the well-maintained, adult-owned, clean Car-Fax stuff FIRST in a listing. Nobody cares about the winch hook or that the winch has a wireless remote.

    * I would strongly suggest you remove the bed rack and roof rack for resale. Possibly also the roof light bar. They are unusual and detract from the otherwise clean appearance. As suggested above, sell them separately for as best as you can get.

    * Re-take and post your pictures in brighter light and include more of the overall interior like seats and dash. Photo-shop out the oil stains in your driveway or reposition the truck when you re-take the pics so they are not apparent. You want 10-12 pictures in total that show the exterior (4-5 pics), the interior (3-4 pics), the engine bay (1 good pic) and maybe 2 pics (1 for the winch and 1 for the tonneau cover).

    * You live in the DFW area, which is huge, so you will have NO PROBLEM selling it once you price it accordingly, describe it better, and provide better pictures.

    * Very few people want *your" modified truck. Tacoma buyers want a truck that is straight, solid, and as close to original condition as possible.

I plugged in your overall general parameters for year, make, model, mileage, a DFW zip code for location, color and condition (excellent) and Kelley Blue Book spit out a private party sale value of between $24,750 - $27,500.

    Good luck!

BigCarbonfootprint. Thanks for the very detailed analysis! Thats exactly what I was looking for. BTW- There are zero oil stains on the driveway, I had just washed 3 vehicles. The Tacoma does not leak oil. Thanks also to the others who made comments as well.
