Need a second opinion on this sound. I’ve read several posts on this site regarding possible causes with only a few actual videos/sound recordings to compare to. I’ve attached a zip file because it was the only way to get the video on here.
it happens on acceleration and deceleration.
Notes about the truck: 285/75/17 BFG KO2s (15k miles one em), 2.5” lift kit (for a year now), and re-geared to 5:29s (25k miles on them). Current mileage is over 115k

I would look toward the driveshaft. Last time I heard a noise like that it was either the carrier bearing or a u-joint. Replace them all

Drive shaft is in good shape.
I have also replaced my serpentine belt, and the noise went away for a bit (like two weeks) and I haven’t heard it again until now.

in that case, I would suspect a work belt tensioner. If the belt is squeezing again, I would replace the belt again at the same time. Slipping destroys the belt

My history with belt noise is as follows.... I purchased a new 2019, v6 SR and had intermittent squealing almost immediately. It was on accel/decel...It was in the dealership three times. I presented them with videos each time, and they said they couldn't find the cause. On the third time of having a new truck in the shop in a couple months, I made a big stink about it and they replaced the belt and a couple pulleys. I can't remember which ones... That seemed to fix it. Now, at 80K miles, I am having consistent squeal again. I consider this life expectancy of the belt and I am replacing this weekend. I assume it will fix the noise, but will report back if not.

I consider belt noise an issue with these trucks. These are good trucks, but mine has not been perfect from the start...side windows falling out of tracks in snow storms and breaking for no reason. I had several things done under warranty. The dealership was reluctant to take care of it saying toyota was not warrantying it. I just pushed it back on them through my states implied warranty laws. All my issues happened in the first year of ownership, and my relationship with my truck has improved.
