Are the differential drain plug gaskets the same as 2nd gen?

    I have a bunch left over from my last truck and I'm ready to do my 3rd gen for the first time. Are the gaskets the same? The part # is different but my gut tells me they're the same.

    Seems that a dealership could tell you this, unless of course they're just out to make money. Wait, I guess they are. LOL
    All kidding aside, you might just have to buy the correct numbered part and then compare and if not, you will have what you need on hand to do the job.
    My bet is they're identical.
