I am wondering how long it might take for the computer to readjust or if it might be something else. The old plugs electrode was almost gone and a few of the coils left some rubber on the plugs.

It should smooth out after a couple of cycles of driving. If you have an actual miss fire situation, it should eventually throw a code, which you can check and diagnose by cylinder.

I’ve driven it back-and-forth to work like four days now And I figured it would throw a code if it was an actual misfire, but it hasn’t yet. It’s more like I’ll be sitting idling and it’ll stumble doesn’t do it when I'm actually driving

You might have a weak coil.

Did you replace the coil boots?

Didn’t know until now that was a thing. I didn’t read about that in the Haynes manual or maybe I just missed it, so no I didn’t. Guess when it quits snowing here I will have to.

Most coil on plug engines have replaceable coil boots, it's reccomended to replace them when doing plugs if they are degraded or have oil on them from leaky valve covers.
