    Hi guys,

I've been searching the forums but haven't been able to find an exact answer, I apologize if this is a repeat thread. Just new at lifts and hoping someone can give me advice.

I have a '21 Tacoma TRD Offroad, DCLB, Leer Cap, 2-300lbs of tools daily and occasional towing (2-3.5k trailer weight). I think I've worn out my factory leaf's, since there essentially flat or past flat. I'm also hitting my bump stops constantly. In the rear I'm sitting right at 35" ground to fender, or 20.5" center of hub to fender. I'm also roughly 35" ground to fender in the front, so at least the truck is level lol.

I'd like to order Deaver U402 Stage IIs, Fox 2.0 Performance Series Remote Reservoir 9.1" for 2-3" lifts, and replacement u-bolts. I'm hoping I can ignore the bump stops for now and run the factory bumps. And I'm hoping I can ignore the carrier bearing drop kit unless I start getting vibrations after the lift.

What I'm not sure, is how much I can expect the rear to go up, since my current spring pack is sagged so bad, what my "rake" will be like, and if it's alright for a few months to have a lifted rear and factory front. Eventually I'd like to do a 2" front lift, but right now my budget is tight and I'm hoping I can fix the rear and run it high for a couple of months.

Thanks guy. I hope this isn't a stupid question but I appreciate the help

If the rear ends up lifted too much, you could always slip a spacer lift in the front that’s cheap n easy.
I was kind of in your shoes. I added a spacer kit off the bat, then after adding a fiberglass topper and Decked, my rear was bangin’ off the bump stops, which you now know the OE stops are liking hitting steel on steel. I did the rear right (leaf packs, stops, shocks, etc), and when I get the money, I’ll tackle the front in the same manner.

If you go that direction order/install a 2 to 3 degree axle shim. Rule of thumb is 1 degree per inch of lift. Carrier bear drop will mostly be needed. Mine did, 10min install.

Thank you guys for all the advice. I hadn't considered a cheap spacer, that makes a lot of sense. So does the axle shim. Wfo, I debated air bags but if my springs are FUBAR already, I'd prefer to replace them with heavier duty and fix it versus limp it along. Thank you tho
