What's up with the FM radio reception. It is the worse. My old school clock radio/alarm in my room gets better reception. I'm in South Orange county and get nothing. No krock, klos, 91x. It won't even find it.
Any one else have this issue..? I have a 18.

I noticed that too, from south la county/north oc. I figured that I’m just on the border of their broadcast range.

My previous car, 03 Matrix, got all the stations no problem; It is not my location. I mostly connect my phone anyways, but it's still annoying not being able to.

Have you checked the antenna connector on the back of the head unit? Might be loose. Also, with the TuneIn App you can stream many of your favorite radio stations from your phone.

The only downfall of not having an external antenna mast. My older vehicles still pick up my favorite radio station 30+ miles down the road. My Tacoma does not. But that station is not a real powerful station. It sure does suck when I'm half way to work and lose reception.

I haven't listen to 'radio' in years.... At least 15. Once the technology got to the point where I could just listen to what I wanted to hear (With NO commercials) via USB/thumb drive and/or podcasts via Bluetooth... I kissed terrestrial radio goodbye.

I have noticed certain FM channels jumping between the regular quality and that super shitty "HD" radio.

For my case, unless there was some update for the radio programing I think its just the local station messing it up.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Mine worked just fine up until I put the roof rack on about 4 months ago. Now all, sat and terrestrial are patchy.

They got rid of the hard rock station in ATL so I haven't listened to the radio in 5 years. Aftermarket radio was fine after I hooked up the power booster wire to the antenna
