    2020 Magnetic Grey TRD Off-Road
    Lift kit (baught it with it on it not sure the height but nothing crazy), step rails
    I’m at work and it just happend right before I got to work but it’s raining pretty hard don’t have time to look but come over the railroad track my front driving side made like a thud then it did again when I pulled into the parking lot it’s raining so hard I couldn’t take a look but when it stops I will send pictures but if any of you have any kind of idea of what I should look for it will help

    OP-
    Shock bushing is worn out. See your 1st and 2nd picture. Bolt should go through the center of the lower rod end bushing, yours is in the upper 1/3 of the rod end, thus showing rubber breakdown in the rod end bushing. It’ll need to be replaced, bc if the bushing is that shot, the internal valving is likely damaged too from the “bottom out/top out” caused by the lower rod end “play”. Id do both sides at the same time.
    This 1/4 in of “play” will make a loud clunk/thud whenever the suspension is “unloaded” or articulated, even simply pulling out of a driveway.
