Bilstein 5100 and spring leveling question

What setting should I put my bilstein 5100 shocks at to level out an otherwise stock `09 access cab with a camper shell?

Additionally, I bought bilstein b12 springs. Their description didn't mention anything about an in greased spring tension, but when called by a customer service rep for confirmation, he mentioned the springs have a medium spring rate. If so, how much of a difference can I expect? Ride quality? Should I adjust the rear also? I am eventually planning an integrated front winch.

Lastly, once set, can the spring seat be raised at a later time if/when I decide to go higher?

    Any advice would be appreciated.
