Can I lift my 2wd 5lug 2000 Tacoma SR5?

    Hello, just looking for some input about my tacoma. I drive a 2wd 5lug 2000 tacoma SR5. Recently went to an offroading shop looking for a lift kit. Originally, I wanted 6-9 inch lift for my tacoma. They told me because I don't have 4wd and 6lug wheels, the highest lift I can get is maybe 2.5-3 inches at most. Looking for some input on if that is accurate/should I go to a different shop? And if that is my only option, is it even worth it to buy that lift? Will it make much of a difference, or should I just save my money and leave it how it is? Thank you!IMG_1341.jpg
