Just want to ask if this price is too much for a new ARE shell:

    A.R.E. MX (Midrise) - $3000

Headliner, Dome light, Tilt slide front window - $350

    Roof tracks - $250

Installation is free, Sales tax to be added.

    Total around $3850
    Thanks

That’s about what I paid for a Leer 180 midrise with carpet headliner, tracks, sliding windoors on both sides and a drop-down front sliding window.

That’s almost exactly what I paid. It’s a lot but if you’re going to actually use it and you have the money, it’s 100% worth it.

I found the build quality to be very good.

Yep, about what I paid. Wish I had gotten the tilt front window.

Sounds about right to me. I've had several Leer shells in various configurations. Currently have a 100XQ

I'd look around online for a used one. You can find them for around 2k, but you might have to paint it. Still cheaper.
