Had the same issue, there is a plastic canister that the electric fuel pump fits inside, it was cracked, it comes with the fuel pump assembly, not sure it can be bought separately, go figure. The techs found erratic fuel pressure and rather than putting in the whole assembly the first time, they just dropped in the new pump. It didin't fix it, so after a third trip to the dealer, they finally put in the whole assembly in and that fixed it.

So....while driving my 2012 Taco this week.... I had all three...Trac Off...check engine on .... cruise control disabled.. This also happened maybe 5 years ago.... retightened gas cap.... and it took about a day to reset.... (during that day I turned the truck on and off 4 or 5 times and drove about 200 miles) .... but it did reset, lights went off and cruise was re-enabled.

Not to discount the genuine problems discussed in this thread, but yesterday after work, my 2016 OR started with every error light on and gauges disabled. VSC, ABS, TRAC off, check engine light, you name it.
I was sure most if not all had to be error, battery low for startup, or otherwise.
I unhooked the battery for 5 mins or so, then started up again. All errors gone.
