Light Stalk

I know there’s already post on this but it’s to hard to narrow down.
I’ve asked before but not much response, I’m not mechanically inclined.

My DRLs and AutoMatic headlights stopped working. Everything is set to auto and even adjusted the sensitivity, clean sensor on dash and nothing. My dealer is a joke, you can’t just call them- all calls go to a call center and if I stop by they act like it’s an inconvenience. They don’t have loaners, like how?. They only do rentals and charge you by the day.

anyway, does anyone have an idea on what is causing this. Bought new, currently it has 6200ish miles. Just started doing this. Suggestions before I call a different dealer.

 

Owners manual? Start with all settings to off.

 

I will set everything to off and then then truck off next time I’m out to see if that resets it
