3" Lift w/ 5100's and EMU 882 springs , General Leaf Spring and AAL in rear with 5100. Diff drop, carrier drop, 3 degee axle shims. Trail Gear Tube Bumper. Tundra brake mod.
Been working on my 2001 2.7L with 189k.

I’ve bought a lot of new parts over the last couple years and now am lost on where to begin since doing one part first might make it easier to do another.

here is what I have! Btw I already did lower ball joints (Toyota)

    JBA Upper control arms
    Lower control arm bushings
    Drive axles
    Sway bar end links bushings
    Steering rack bushings
Tie rod ends , inner and outer
    Starter rebuild kit
    Alternator and belts
    Radiator
    Water pump

just did the spark plugs and coils packs and radiator hoses.

Looking to see what the best order of operations , I’m assuming radiator, alternator, water pump at the same time. But any advice on what to do in order would be great.

Basically all the front end suspension/steering components should really be done all at once, that way you don't have to get multiple alignments (and you remove basically all of them to do the LCA bushings anyway).

I'd pull the steering rack off first, then it's out of your way to do the LCA bushings. The LCA bushings basically require disassembly of the whole front suspension. So use that opportunity to remove old CVs, old UCAs, old sway bar bushings/links. Then reinstall LCAs (w/ new bushings), JBA UCAs, new CVs, new sway bar bushings/links, and finally steering rack (with new bushings, OTREs/ITREs). This chunk will likely take you a full weekend, unless you've got a friend to help, then it could be done in a really long day.

The radiator and alternator could be done another day at the same time, along with the drive belts.

Starter is easy, only takes 3 bolts to remove, so this can be done whenever.

I'm unfamiliar with the 2.7, so can't advise on when the water pump makes sense.

Oil pump and gasket. While radiator is out. If it ain’t leaking it will be.

Thank you Jerad! I’ll keep this in mind when I start working on it again. I’ll definitely think about the oil pump as well!
